Welcome to Tikrar MENA! Tikrar MENA is a vibrant community and marketplace for pre-loved items in Jordan, operated by TIKRARMENA Company ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using the Tikrar MENA app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Account Registration: To create an account on Tikrar MENA, you must provide your first name, last name, username, email, country, password, date of birth, and phone number. Additional information is required to create a store.
Age Requirement: The App is available for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Community and Marketplace: Tikrar MENA is a community where you can buy and sell pre-loved items. Interaction with others is encouraged within the App.
Transactions and Delivery:
- Buyer-Only Access: Users can buy items. Selling is restricted to authorized accounts.
- Prohibition of External Operations: All transactions must be conducted within the App.
- Responsibility for Delivery: We facilitate delivery, with fees covered by the buyer.
- Transfer of Amount to Seller: Proceeds are transferred within 48 hours of sale completion.
- Commission: We receive up to a 10% commission on sales.
Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must use the App in a safe and legal manner, adhering to these Terms.
Account Deletion: Users can delete their accounts at any time through the App settings.
Deactivation Policy: We reserve the right to deactivate any account that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only if the buyer does not receive the ordered item, with the buyer covering shipping costs.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by us. Use of content without permission is prohibited.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal information.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
